I’m no diva! Bec Hewitt proves she’s not too famous to carry her own luggage as touches down at Gold Coast airport

Bec Hewitt arrived back home on the Gold Coast on Thursday, where she reportedly splashed $4.3million on a coastal property with her tennis star husband Lleyton.

The former Home and Away actress, 38, showed off her fit physique in a sleeveless striped tank top, which she paired with cropped light blue jeans and white sneakers.

She also proved to be no diva, carrying a large box and wheeling her suitcase out of the terminal.

Bec also carried a black backpack and a Christian Dior shoulder bag, and appeared relaxed as she made her way to a taxi.

Her brunette tresses were swept back off her face into an effortless ponytail, and she looked to have gone without makeup, drawing attention to her natural beauty.

The former soap star looked to have flown solo from Sydney to the Gold Coast, with her husband Lleyton, 40, and their three children noticeably absent.

Bec and Lleyton wed in 2005 and share daughters Mia, 16, and Ava, 11, and son Cruz, 13.

Like his father, Cruz is quickly becoming an accomplished tennis player.

The youngster’s Instagram is littered with photos of himself training and playing in tournaments.

Lleyton has previously spoken about his high hopes for Cruz’s career, believing he’ll be playing in the Australian Open by the time he’s 14.

‘Hopefully he gets a chance to play in this great event if he wants to. Hopefully he beats me,’ Lleyton said at the Australian Open in January 2019.

Cruz has already won several junior championships, having first picked up a tennis racket as a toddler.

Bec and Lleyton’s love story was revisited via Nine Honey last month.

The couple first met on the tennis court for a charity game at the Starlight Cup back in 1999 – but didn’t find romance until years later.

‘I never followed any sport whatsoever,’ Bec revealed in an old TV interview shared to TikTok recently.

‘I’d only met him back when we played the Starlight Cup, so I’d only known him as the nice young guy that he was back then.’

Bec was dating Home and Away co-star Beau Brady. Lleyton was dating Belgian tennis star, Kim Clijsters.

The pair didn’t see each other for a few years later but Bec sent him a text message to congratulate him on winning Wimbledon.

She sent another one when he won the US Open.

A few years later, the pair met up with Lleyton working on a TV project.

‘We decided to catch up [in 2005] and it went from there. And from the first time we saw each other [at that time], I think we saw each other every day,’ Bec said previously told Stellar magazine.

The couple were engaged during a whirlwind romance that lasted six weeks.

‘By the time of the Aussie Open we both knew we wanted to spend our lives together, and look at us now!’ Bec previously told Stellar.
