Danniella Westbrook shows off new look and oozes confidence on rare red carpet appearance

Former EastEnders actress Danniella Westbrook oozed confidence as she stormed the red carpet in London to show off her brand-new look

Danniella Westbrook made a rare red carpet appearance on Thursday night as she enjoyed a night out with her daughter Jodie, 20.

The former EastEnders star, 48, showcased her new look as she stormed the red carpet in a chic all black ensemble.

Arriving at SX Events Launch Party at One Marylebone in London, Danniella oozed confidence in a smart blazer, skinny jeans, and some thigh-high black leather boots.

The former soap star completed the look with a black Prada handbag and a face full of glamorous makeup.

Meanwhile, her daughter Jodie rocked a little black dress as she posed on the red carpet.

Danniella looked fresh-faced as she posed at the event after the actress admitted that she plans even more surgery before her 50th birthday.

In a recent Instagram post, the former Sam Mitchell actress lifted the lid on her future, after previously discussing her surgery plans ahead of her 50th birthday next year.

“This has been the hardest part of my journey this last six months but trust in the one thing I can tell you I’ve learned and that’s to trust the process,” she told her Instagram followers.

“Walk towards your next chapter in faith and just do you.”

Danniella’s motivational mantras come as the star plans to continue her surgery journey and rebuild her face before her landmark birthday.

After rising to fame at the age of 16 – thanks to her role on EastEnders – the former Celebrity Big Brother star has battled with addiction over the years.

Back in the 1990s, the one-time soap star spent an estimated £250,000 on cocaine, which caused her septum – the fragile cartilage that separates the nostrils – to collapse.

Over recent months, the actress has been having a series of cosmetic surgeries to repair the damage, and last month shared her plans for even more tweakments.

Sharing a throwback of her at the TV Quick and TV Choice awards in 2009 on Instagram, the star told her followers: “Can’t wait for all my surgery to be done… will be back too my best and fighting fit and next year I will be 50!

“Bring it on… I’m ready… More than ready, I’m ready for a full transformation physically.”

She added: “I’ve spent a lot of time alone the last six months. I’ve been working on myself and my spiritual side has already begun evolving.

“I’ve cut the deadbeats and energy draining people out of my life. And I am ready to get busy living… And busy working. I have a feeling it’s all going to work out just fine .”
