Coronation Street’s Millie Gibson looks very different as she enjoys rare night out with co-stars

CORONATION Street’s Millie Gibson looked nothing like her onscreen character Kelly Neelan as she enjoyed a rare night out with her co-stars.

The actress – who plays the troubled teen in the ITV soap – wore a blush pink cami top as she joined her “TV family” for a meal out on Friday.

The co-stars enjoyed an evening of sipping cocktails

Looking miles different from her character, Millie swapped her trademark sleek tresses for mermaid waves and opted for subtle makeup for the outing.

She was pictured sandwiched between her oncreen mum Laura, who is played by Kel Allen and foster mum Toyah Battersby, portrayed by Georgia Taylor.

Millie captioned it: “My faves…two mammas.”

The trio dined with fellow co-stars including Gary Windass actor Mikey North and Charlie de Melo, who plays Imran Habeeb.

Letting their hair down for the evening, the group liked they were having a ball as they drank cocktails and had a laugh.

Actress Kel put her arms around Charlie in one snap and wrote: “Our Charrrlie bab! 💗”

She also gave Georgia a peck on the cheek and penned: “I bloody love her! 💗”

But not everyone was present, actress Samia Longchambon, who plays Maria Connor was missing.

Kel wrote: “Family night out! Samia Longchambon we missed you. 💗”

The outing comes after Charlie announced that he had quit the soap after five years.

The actor has plays lawyer Imran in the ITV soap since 2017 has now decided to move on.

A source said: “Charlie’s loved his time on the soap but the time is right to try new things.

“He’s hugely talented and very ambitious and wants to see what else is out there.

“He will always cherish his time in Weatherfield but for now it’s goodbye.”

Actor Charlie will film his final scenes in the coming months.

His exit will play out later this year over the summer.

Insiders have promised a spectacular exit storyline for Charlie.

Viewers have watched recently as Imran has proposed to partner Toyah Battersby in an effort to adopt their foster daughter Elsie.

Imran had previously confessed to sleeping with a stranger behind Toyah’s back during Seb Franklin’s murder trial.

Fans know he actually slept with Abi Franklin but Toyah has no idea.

Last week Abi gave birth to a baby, with fans convinced it’s Imran’s child and will be a huge part of his exit storyline.
