Next week on Home and Away, it’s all change at Salt as Mac agrees to go into partnership with Felicity.
Elsewhere, Rose pursues a new relationship to get over Cash, while Nikau becomes nervous when his recent bravery is rewarded.
Here’s a full collection of eight big moments coming up.
- Felicity buys into Salt
Felicity informs Cash that she wants to use her half of their inheritance money to buy into Salt, following Mac’s recent search for new funds.
Mac is sceptical over having Felicity as a business partner, but Cash points out that his sister must be serious if she’s willing to use the money from their late father.
Mac ultimately changes her mind and agrees to go into partnership with Felicity.
- Rose tries to move on from Cash
Rose is still embarrassed after being rejected by Cash a few weeks ago, so she makes a point of pursuing a relationship with newcomer Tex.
Cash is annoyed that Rose has requested to not be on the same work shifts as him, worried that this could reflect badly on his professional reputation.
Rose refuses to back down and later confides in Xander about how she intends to avoid Cash at all costs. Xander opposes this, knowing that it could make life difficult once Jasmine returns to the Bay.
- Rose is honest with Xander
Rose continues to clash with Xander, who questions her decision to pursue things with Tex. After a day of bickering, Rose takes a more honest approach by telling Xander that she’s still in love with Cash and needs to find a way to deal with her feelings.
Rose still refuses to back down on using Tex as a distraction, so when he invites her to come away for a few days, she’s quick to accept.
- Justin receives bad news
Justin continues to feel guilty after causing Theo to be wrongly accused of cheating in his TAFE assignment. Fortunately, Theo’s luck changes when he passes his exam, which salvages his place on the course.
Although things are looking up for Theo, bad news follows for Justin when he’s told that he can no longer help apprentices after the cheating debacle.
- Justin seeks help from Ziggy
Justin breaks the bad news to his family that he won’t be able to supervise Theo’s apprenticeship anymore. Theo worries about the news, wondering where it leaves him.
Justin desperately searches for a solution and asks Ziggy to take over in his place. The suggestion surprises Ziggy, who wonders whether she’ll have to call off a planned road trip with Dean to help Theo.
- Lyrik arrive in Summer Bay
A steamy moment between Felicity and Tane is interrupted by the sound of chaos outside. Tane is stunned to find a band performing a surprise concert on his front lawn.
It turns out that the four-piece band, called Lyrik, are old friends of Felicity who she knew when she was living in the city.
After a busy time away touring, Lyrik are keen to get into the party spirit for a while and they make themselves at home at the Parata house. However, Tane is annoyed over their lack of respect for the house rules and tries to lay down the law.
- Nikau is nominated for an award
Nikau is told that he has been nominated for a bravery award after his recent heroic rescue of Naomi’s sister. The news makes Nikau nervous, as he’s not keen on the idea of making a speech at the event.
Despite his fears, Nikau agrees to go – but he worries that Naomi is getting too close for comfort when she asks to attend as his plus-one.
- Mac and Felicity start to clash over Salt
Felicity shares some big new ideas for Salt now that she’s a partner in the business. Mac is uneasy over this, wanting to play it safe and carry things on as normal.
After some home truths from Dean about how she’s a control freak, Mac finally backs down and agrees to hear Felicity out over her ideas.
