Emmerdale’s Noah Dingle (Jack Downham) is hardly the type of young man that a parent wants their daughter stepping out with.
In the past he’s been guilty of some pretty sexist and, frankly, weird behaviour, such as attempting to impress Gabby (Rosie Bentham) by buying her underwear – after having a rifle through her washing first.
And when Gabby told him she didn’t want to be with him, he didn’t take rejection very well at all, causing Liam (Jonny McPherson) to step in and tell Noah his behaviour wasn’t acceptable.
So it comes as no surprise that Dan (Liam Fox) and Kerry (Laura Norton) are not very impressed that Amelia is taking an interest in Noah. They try to warn him off, saying that the boy is trouble.
Amelia is left feeling humiliated and angry about the interference of her dad and his former partner. Will their meddling have the opposite effect on Amelia and drive her straight towards Noah?
And if that happens, could Dan and Kerry’s predictions come true? Leopards don’t change their spots after all. Could Amelia be in danger?
