It’s going to be a game-changing week in Emmerdale, as a number of truths are revealed, while a shocking attack rocks the village – and there’s even a proposal in store as well!
Mary Goskirk (Louise Jameson) opens up to Kim Tate (Claire King), revealing that she is gay, as she recalls the story of her lost love.
Kim proves incredibly supportive, and even encourages her to come out to Rhona (Zoe Henry). Mary is uncertain at first, but she bravely tells her daughter the truth about her sexuality.
Rhona is stunned, and begins to question if her life was a built on a lie. Will she support her mum?
Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler), menawhile, is set upon by a group of young girls in shocking scenes, as she’s beaten up. Jimmy (Nick Miles) questions her about the assault, but Nicola lies, claiming she cannot remember what happened.
Elsewhere, Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter) tells Cain (Jeff Hordley) that her cancer has returned and that this time it’s incurable, while Marlon (Mark Charnock) takes his first steps on a walking frame.
It’s all kicking off in the eponymous village next week, and here’s your first look at all the drama to come.
