The soap returns to its right-wing extremism storyline.

EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders‘ Harvey Monroe will get a sinister threat as Aaron’s story is revisited.

The right-wing extremism storyline has been on the backburner for the BBC One soap ever since Harvey turned in his son Aaron to the Walford police.

Next week, this storyline will be revisited as Harvey struggles with the end of his relationship with Jean Slater. The couple are facing rough times ahead as Jean grapples with her mental health.

Harvey has new worries when Neil from the right-wing group jumps in his taxi with a threat that he’s not easily able to shake off. Their conversation is interrupted when Jean arrives to have it out with Harvey over their split.

Later, Dana picks up on the fact that Harvey is clearly nervous following another incident in the Square. Rocky realises something is up and wants to know what Dana is keeping from him.

Rocky promises he won’t share what he knows with Harvey, but since he’s not great with secrets, he almost immediately blows it.

When he catches up with Harvey, Rocky starts miming the secret Dana told him – leading to a potentially upsetting situation for the family.

How will Harvey cope with the threats he is facing from Neil and the right-wing group?

These scenes will air on BBC One on Monday, April 11 and Tuesday, April 12 at 7.30pm.

EastEnders airs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One and streams on BBC iPlayer.
